Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for next-gen applications and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale AI pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate abstract 2026 roadmaps into concrete technical solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased inference speed on edge devices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers, GPT, BERT) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with data engineering, distributed systems, and high-concurrency backend services.
