Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for large-scale inference and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and automated retraining of models.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Research and integrate new techniques from the academic literature into production systems.
- Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks in distributed AI clusters.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high traffic and low latency.
