Responsibilities

- Production Optimization: Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-traffic environments.
- System Integration: Collaborate with full-stack engineers to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Data Strategy: Partner with data scientists to establish robust data pipelines and governance frameworks.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI engineering within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with C++ or Java.
- Frameworks: Proven track record of using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Computing: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
