Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of handling massive data sets with low latency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks to ensure high accuracy and efficiency in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new architectures and algorithms to integrate into our core products.
- Production Deployment: Deploy models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
