The Role
We are seeking a Senior AI & Future Tech Architect to spearhead our research and development efforts. In this role, you will design scalable, quantum-ready neural architectures and lead the implementation of Agentic AI workflows. You will be responsible for translating theoretical advancements into production-ready systems that will power our products for the next decade.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures optimized for the 2026 computing landscape, including quantum-enhanced neural networks.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms such as Multimodal LLMs, Autonomous Agents, and Human-in-the-loop systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models, ensuring minimal latency, maximum throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to integrate complex AI capabilities into user-facing products seamlessly.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and maintain rigorous coding standards and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proven experience building Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with concepts in Neuromorphic computing or Quantum computing interfaces is a significant plus.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
