Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures optimized for high-volume data processing.
- Strategic Vision for 2026: Lead the strategic roadmap for future technology adoption, ensuring our tech stack remains ahead of industry standards by 2026.
- Predictive Analytics Leadership: Develop and oversee the deployment of predictive models that drive business intelligence and automated decision-making processes.
- Team Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on emerging AI paradigms.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI architecture and machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
