Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models and generative AI frameworks for 2026-ready applications.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large transformer models (e.g., GPT, Llama) for reduced latency and high accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into scalable cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformers, Attention Mechanisms, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex algorithmic problems.
