Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement robust MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to identify and implement novel techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software products.
