Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Conduct research to improve algorithmic efficiency, accuracy, and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- Optimize models for high performance in production environments (latency, throughput).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and apply new research findings to our projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, optimization, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
