Responsibilities

- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model accuracy, inference latency, and resource efficiency to drive optimal user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience considered.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
