Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Lead the design and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference for real-time, high-volume applications to ensure low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into core business solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including version control, experiment tracking, and automated CI/CD for machine learning.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation and bias mitigation to ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms and research papers to continuously innovate our technical stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (4+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree may be considered).
- Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments serving millions of users.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical vision.
