Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI use cases and drive technical strategy.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure reproducibility and monitoring of models in real-time.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
