Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and AI product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our architecture.
- Ensure data privacy, ethics, and compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
