Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of large-scale machine learning systems and predictive algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
Research and prototype novel deep learning architectures and neural networks.
Optimize model performance for real-time inference and edge deployment.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all model deployments.
Qualifications:
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) or Computer Vision technologies.
Proven track record of deploying production-grade models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
