Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a focus on scalability and efficiency for 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities in LLMs.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines to support high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision principles.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering high-impact products.
