- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for real-time inference at petabyte scale
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced ML paradigms and responsible AI practices
- Present breakthrough research at premier AI conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of production ML deployment experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native ML stacks (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with 20+ citations
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks and bias detection systems
