Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable ML pipelines for real-time autonomous decision systems
- Develop quantum-computing-optimized neural networks for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in building explainable AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Research and implement federated learning solutions for privacy-preserving AI
- Create simulation environments for testing AI systems in 2030+ scenarios
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging AI paradigms and research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in cutting-edge research environments
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-scale distributed training
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems in high-stakes environments
- Fluency in at least one functional programming language (Haskell, OCaml)
