Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust MLOps pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale models.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies (e.g., multimodal AI, federated learning) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in building, training, and deploying Machine Learning models at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
