Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the 2026 product vision and roadmap for our AI suite, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-quality AI products on time and within scope.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories for diverse stakeholders.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate continuously.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex B2B or B2C products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, or computer vision (depending on the specific vertical).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and navigate organizational dynamics effectively.
