Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale applications.
- Oversee the research roadmap for next-generation AI models, ensuring alignment with 2026 technological milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate quantum processors into standard AI workflows.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or quantum computing research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and C++.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge computing.
