Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust AI and Quantum computing frameworks for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy for scaling machine learning models across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (Neuromorphic Computing, AGI).
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
- Partner with product management to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Quantum computing principles and their application to AI.
- Experience with high-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
