Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural framework for next-gen AI systems, ensuring scalability and quantum compatibility.
- Lead the research and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into our core product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure system security, performance optimization, and fault tolerance for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning research, or software architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Understanding of quantum computing principles and familiarity with quantum programming libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
