In this pivotal role, you will architect the systems that will shape the future of enterprise computing. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production environments, focusing on next-generation neural architectures and quantum integration.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for the high-performance demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing concepts into classical machine learning workflows.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Experience with Quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong background in algorithmic research.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
