Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced AI models and quantum algorithms tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the R&D team in integrating quantum computing capabilities into existing AI infrastructure.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for massive scale data processing.
- Define technical roadmaps and deliverables aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into user-friendly products.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in hybrid AI/Quantum environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and quantum cryptography standards.
