Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructures: Design and implement scalable system architectures that seamlessly integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Collaborate with data scientists to port and optimize machine learning algorithms for hybrid quantum-classical hardware environments.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the technical strategy for integrating next-gen AI tools, anticipating regulatory and technological shifts expected by 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of large-scale AI clusters, ensuring low-latency processing and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) and experience with hybrid quantum-classical workflows.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring technical teams and driving innovation.
