Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the 2026 predictive landscape, utilizing hybrid quantum-classical computing.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols into existing classical machine learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists.
- Define the technical strategy for autonomous systems and neural interfaces.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and responsible deployment of generative models.
- Mentor junior architects and establish best practices for code review and system architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and System Architecture.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects.
