- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of high-performance computing clusters and edge AI devices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D teams, data scientists, and hardware engineers to integrate quantum algorithms into practical applications.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and safety in autonomous systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze system latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or similar quantum computing libraries.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
