Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation machine learning models optimized for quantum processors.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical physics into production-grade software.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and high-performance computing (HPC) standards.
- Establish best practices for quantum error correction and algorithmic optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the Future Tech division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Proven expertise in quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
