Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI architectures focused on future scalability.
- Design and implement deep learning models to solve complex, unsolved problems in the 2026 era.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into deployable production systems.

- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI models.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
