Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI architectures leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying autonomous systems for Fortune 100 clients
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science AI journals annually
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for bias mitigation and transparency
- Drive $50M+ R&D projects in neuromorphic computing and generative AI
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
- Secure federal grants and venture capital for moonshot research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years developing production-level ML systems with 99.9% uptime
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing DARPA/NIST grants or $10M+ funding rounds
- Track record of commercializing AI products with 1M+ users
