Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models targeting AGI capabilities by 2026.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in cutting-edge research and development.
- Define the ethical frameworks and safety protocols for advanced autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate high-level research into commercial applications.
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present at global AI conferences.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Drive the technical vision and strategic roadmap for the AGI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading research initiatives and mentoring technical talent.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
