Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel machine learning models specifically tailored for the 2026 Horizon architecture.
- Algorithm Optimization: Design and implement high-performance algorithms capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Training & Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI models, from training data preparation to deployment in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize inference speeds on next-gen quantum processors.
- Patent & Publication: Author technical papers and secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a similar technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using statistical and mathematical methods.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
