Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the creation of advanced machine learning algorithms and neural architectures that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging technologies and define the strategic roadmap for our AI research initiatives to ensure long-term competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex research findings into robust, production-ready products.
- Thought Leadership: Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier academic conferences and journals, establishing the company as a global authority in AI.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of curiosity, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Assess the ethical implications of AI models and implement rigorous safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning research or deep learning engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision, with a portfolio of published research or patents.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
