Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models targeting the 2026 technological horizon.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AGI integration within our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-grade infrastructure.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in top AI venues.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.
