Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Mathematical Foundation: Solid grasp of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory required for advanced model optimization.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex algorithmic challenges and driving projects from conception to deployment.
