Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures and algorithms tailored to Project 2026 objectives.
- Model Optimization: Design, train, and optimize large-scale machine learning models for production environments, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions to maintain high engineering standards.
- Deployment Strategy: Collaborate with the MLOps team to deploy models to scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and establish robust monitoring pipelines.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflow.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, white papers, and patents for proprietary technologies developed.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (choose one or keep broad).
- Research: A track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or significant contributions to open-source projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
