Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning AI initiatives with broader business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) with high potential for impact.

- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate partnerships with external AI vendors and open-source communities to leverage best-in-class solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable technical plans.
