Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 platform.
- Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
