Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable front-end and back-end web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of our services.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Participate in agile planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and Node.js.
