Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or equivalent).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews for the engineering team.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep understanding of backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
