Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the technical architecture for our core services, ensuring reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver best-in-class features.
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, with a focus on performance tuning and query optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting.
