The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, leading the development of our core SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver features that delight our users.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
