Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement distributed microservices architectures capable of handling exponential growth and high-concurrency loads.

- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with global data protection standards to safeguard sensitive user data.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance bottlenecks and deploy optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and message queues.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically about system resilience.
