Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap, making high-level architectural decisions that align with long-term project goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, propulsion specialists, and mission planners to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and physical implementation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery timelines are met.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish code quality standards and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and extensive experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-variable engineering problems under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
