Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance system architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads and predictive AI integration.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical strategy for Chronos Dynamics, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 market trends.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead performance engineering initiatives to ensure zero-latency processing and seamless user experiences across global platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Willingness to work from our San Francisco headquarters or a fully remote setup within the US.
