Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI-driven decision-making and automation.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML, Advanced NLP) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research and development efforts to prototype and validate futuristic technical solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
