Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for our upcoming technological releases, ensuring alignment with global market trends and futuristic tech paradigms.
- Architect Future Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads, including predictive AI models and decentralized ledgers.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in exploring emerging technologies like neural interfaces and edge computing.
- Technical Strategy: Bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, ensuring our solutions are future-proof and scalable.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders to drive buy-in for long-term tech investments.
- Process Optimization: Implement cutting-edge DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the delivery of future-ready software.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role or specialized focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, blockchain technology, or bio-digital interfaces.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical audiences and drive innovation.
