Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the company's roadmap leading up to 2026, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- Architect scalable, future-proof systems that can integrate next-gen AI models and edge computing solutions seamlessly.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Act as a mentor to senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) to assess viability for enterprise deployment.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with long-term sustainability and compliance goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in modern frontend frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for the future of tech, with a portfolio or case study on emerging technology implementation.
