Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s long-term technological roadmap, aligning tech initiatives with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and their application in our ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into technical requirements.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures, ensuring scalability and security.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical or strategic role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and software development life cycles.
