Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Design and prototype next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Manage innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and distributed networks
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with portfolio of complex system visualizations
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from public/private sources
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system modeling tools
